This week we are focusing on cardio. It is warming up, with the exception of snow in Laramie today, and what’s a better way to enjoy cardio than doing it outside! We are still going to do H.I.I.T. routines but gauge them more for strength than cardio.

To Finish by the End of the Week:

3 sessions of cardio

  • Skiing
  • Snow shoeing
  • Running
  • H.I.I.T. routine of your own
  • Burpees till failure (repeat 5 times in one session)

50-80 push-ups a day

2-3 sessions of yoga (any style you like) or pilates (tutorials on-line)

10 pull-ups a day

2 minute standard plank

Deep clean your house and/or room (Spring Cleaning is coming up)

4-6 hours of community service

21 liters of water

56 hours of sleep




3 times through

  • 20 push-ups
  • 20 leg lifts (from bench or floor)
  • 12 sitting or standing military lifts (either weights or something heavy)


5 times through

  • [till fail] hold two 1 gallon jugs or two 8-12 lb. weights in front of your eyes
  • 20 mountain climbers
  • [till fail] wall sit


3 times through

  • 20 Russian Twists
  • 20 second boat pose w/ weight
  • 20 Hand-to-Toe touches

Hold plank till fail (shoot for 2 minutes)
