This week we are going to be doing a workout similar to week 1. We hope everyone is getting outside as the weather is warming up.

Finish by the Week’s End:

-60-100 push-ups daily

-10 pull ups daily

-2:30 standard plank

-Go out and enjoy public land near you

-56 hours of sleep

-21 liters of water consumed


This Week’s Routine:

-30 mountain climbers

-20 push-ups

-30 squats

-30 crunches

-10 Burpees

-10 shoulder tap push-ups

-10 up and down planks

-30 star jumps

-40 high knees

-20 leg raises

-10 hindu push-ups

-30 side crunches

-30 mountain climbers

-10 Burpees

-30 bicycle kicks (abs)

-20 jumping lunges

-60 seconds of Russian twists (fast)

-40 high knees

-60 seconds of wall sit

(repeat twice)
