Put the headphone one and blast Salt n’ Peppa’s Push It this week. We are going to do hills, a HIIT routine, and a run all in the same workout time frame. When you are not pushing it up hills or on the trails, make sure to reserve some time for a creative activity.

Finish by the Week’s End:

80-100 push-ups a day

10+ pull-ups a day

2:45 time standard plank

Make some time for a creative outlet

56 hours of sleep

21 liters of water

 

This Week’s Routine: 3 or 4 times this week

Hills.

Sprint up a hill (your choice of pitch and distance)

25 push-ups

Repeat until you reach 4:00 minutes

3 sets

 

H.I.I.T.

Repeat 4 times

10 Burpees

15 leg raises

30 sit-ups

30 Russian twists

 

Run.

1.5 – 4.0 miles
